In this modules , we were learning the Malaysian Legal System , Law of Contract & Law of Tort. 

 

  In the beginning of the semester, I struggled a lot to understand about the contract law, but I managed to understand it more after Miss Shoba's explanation and also the discussions with friends. Throughout this subject, I've finally realized what is the importance of law, and of course I also did gained more knowledge about the type of laws that exist. In the end of the semester, I realize tort law is much more easier for me as compared to contract law. 

 

  Last but not least, I think critical thinking skills and language skills are really important especially in this subject and I'm glad that Miss Shoba train the class to think out of the box (eg. Essay questions doesn't have a fixed answer, but only depends how you explain about it). I am a chinese-spoken girl and I am also encouraged to speak in English in the class, I realized that's one of the way I improve my English.
